Ouano Competition Gi-White

The Ouano Competition Gi is a light weight gi designed to have a slimmer fit compared to traditional sized gi's. I normally wear a size A2 but in this case, as with Shoyoroll, I wear A1. Having worn size A2 since 2001 I was nervous about having a gi that was to tight. When I received it I was impressed with the stitching(orange) and lightness of the gi. Once I put it on, the fit was perfect without washing. It felt as if it was specifically tailored for me : ). On a side note, I only wash it in cold water and hang dry.

Top- 450 gram light weight. Right sleeve has Ouano embroidered. Bottom edge of jacket and sleaves are taped. Comes with Ouano embroidered patch on left chest which I removed. Extra stitching at bottom end corner's.

Pants- 8 ounce twill rip stop. At first I was concerned at how light they felt but they have held up. Have a few loose threads but nothing that will make the pants come apart. Rope drawstring that is stretchy and stays tied. Belt loops are in the orange color as the rest of the contrasting stitching.

Final-  Great gi for training or competition. A bonus is they can be ordered at any time from Ouano
Three version's are available: white with orange stitching $140, blue with yellow stitching $150, and black with green stitching $160. They also come with a gi bag.
